As the CEO of VirtuStaff, I bring a wealth of experience across diverse industries, having worked in business sectors ranging from finance and healthcare to logistics and technology. My ability to adapt and excel in various fields is driven by my strong analytical skills and background in accounting.I have been managing teams and driving operational excellence throughout my career. My passion for efficiency and process improvement has allowed me to enhance business operations, optimize workflows, and implement quality control measures that lead to lasting success.Today, I own multiple companies and manage several projects, leveraging my strengths in resourcefulness, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving to help businesses thrive.At VirtuStaff, my goal is to provide innovative virtual solutions that empower businesses to operate efficiently and scale with confidence.

I started my journey as a Virtual Assistant when COVID-19 hit Mexico, and what began as a new opportunity quickly became a passion. While my background is in Biology, I’ve always had a natural talent for organization, efficiency, and problem-solving. These skills, combined with my commitment to delivering high-quality work ahead of schedule, have shaped my approach to business and leadership.

Now based in the UK, I juggle two time zones, ensuring smooth operations while learning the UK system. Beyond administration and workflow management, my expertise in website design and content creation allows me to bring an extra layer of creativity and functionality to the businesses we support. At VirtuStaff, my goal is to ensure everything runs seamlessly, projects are completed with precision, and our clients receive nothing but the best—because excellence isn’t just a goal, it’s the standard we live by.

Nickoy Bennett is the visionary force behind VirtuStaff—the one who brought us all together. A natural entrepreneur, he is always thinking of new ventures and finding ways to turn ideas into successful businesses. But what truly sets him apart is his personal approach to leadership—rooted in love, mentorship, and a genuine desire to help people grow.

With a deep expertise in sales and business development, Nickoy is the driving force behind VirtuStaff’s expansion and innovation.

 

His ability to see the bigger picture, craft winning strategies, and build meaningful relationships ensures that both our team and our clients stay ahead of the game. At VirtuStaff, he brings not just his sales mastery, but also his unwavering belief that success comes from empowering people and fostering a culture of care, ambition, and excellence.

With 18 years of experience in Paralegal and Administrative roles, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work as a Virtual Assistant. I’ve also gained valuable experience in diverse areas, including contract drafting, social media marketing, and managing a Sunday school program.

 

I’m passionate about helping people, and I’m thrilled to be working with some incredible Virtual Assistants at VirtuStaff. Together, we’ll collaborate to help you reach your goals while making your life a little easier and less stressful!
